The level of support provided to each person is tailored to the individual’s needs and capability, to empower them to deal with issues; to remain independent and in control of their own lives.
We talk to members about the key areas of their life which need attention such as home, nutrition, work, clothing and finance and help them think reflectively and strategically about how to improve things and set achievable goals.
The process starts with an initial assessment, setting goals, signing up as a member with regular sessions and reviews. The activities are delivered by a team of HCPC registered psychotherapists, also trained and practising artists.
