About this provider

The aims of all of the services we provide are to encourage independent living and to improve and maintain the health and wellbeing of all the individuals that use them.

Our services are available to Sandwell residents and not just disabled people. We also receive enquiries from families, carers and professionals. Please call us if you are unsure, if we cannot help you we will find the person or organisation that can. We will not pass you around, we will find the solution and then refer you to the correct source of help and support. We are here to help you.

Currently we are exploring opportunities to open our services to neighbouring boroughs.
