ATCS believe that all individuals requiring care should be able to live the life they want, with this in mind we will assist you to formulate your personalised care / support plan ensuring that all of your needs, wants and aspirations are taken into account, whilst retaining as much of your independence as possible.

Flexibility
Allowing you to choose how much or how little support you receive and when you receive it keeps you in control, giving you the flexibility to increase or decrease the service at short notice to meet your changing needs.

Who are we?
Ann Tuplin Care Services Ltd are a local family run care agency, established in 1997, delivering care throughout North Lincolnshire. The organisation is registered with the Care Quality Commission, recognised as an Investor in People and signed up to the Positive About Disabled People scheme.

Our Staff
All of our care/support workers are trained in care and support, with additional specialist training given to meet the needs of individuals with specific medical conditions and or equipment. Where ever possible we will introduce you to the workers before the start of the service and involve you in the selection process. ATCS do not re-rota every week to avoid you getting different workers all the time, and will only change your regular worker in the event of holiday, sickness or other unavoidable absence. The use of regular workers will allow you to build relationships with the workers and the workers will get to know you and how you like things done. However in the unlikely event that that you are not satisfied with the standard of or simply dont get on with a member of our staff you can request a replacement and dont have to give a reason.

Protection
With ATCS you can be assured that adult and child protection is taken seriously. Our rigorous safer recruitment process ensures that all successful applicants have reached our minimum standard, have an enhanced CRB and 2 satisfactory references before being placed. ATCS have close links with the Local Safeguarding boards and will always refer breaches or suspected breaches of Adult and Child protection to them.
