Heathfield offers a homely and comfortable environment, a friendly atmosphere and excellent catering facilities, to adults aged 65 years or above.

Accommodation consists of individual bed sitting-rooms which are furnished by residents.

We provide permanent residency to 35 people and have a respite room for short stay.

Our staff are well trained, caring and dedicated to the needs of our residents. We have a Care Manager who is a Registered Nurse and who lives on the premises.

Heathfield is located in Horsham on Hurst Road, about 5 -10 minutes walk from the station and adjacent to Horsham Park. Horsham Town Centre is within easy walking distance for those who are reasonably fit and able; for wheelchair users, there are flat paths through the park and pavement access is good.
