About this provider

At ABLE we recognise the therapeutic benefits of taking part in meaningful fulfilling activities in a supportive practical and socially inclusive environment.

We offer opportunities to a wide range of people of different abilities, ages and backgrounds on either a half or full day basis.

There are many different activities to get involved in either as a group or as an individual joining one of our existing groups. Group activities are based around service user abilities and interests as a group, offering opportunity to work together and meet new people.
