Positive Community Care was established more than 18 years ago and we have maintained our sound reputation for providing a range of high quality care services. We continue to be family run business whose principle aim remains to deliver a personalised care service for all our customers requiring assistance and support in the areas of home care, residential care and supported housing.

Our approach is based on the recovery model of care which is used to support the maintenance of a meaningful and satisfying life, despite any ongoing challenges and illness one may have.
